CAMBODIA INTERNATIONAL
FILM FESTIVAL
The Cambodia International Film Festival (CIFF) is Cambodia's largest international cultural event which was held for 10 years. The 10th CIFF presents film from 44 countries through a selection of 157 films, including short and feature films, documentaries, and animation.
The objective of the Festival is to show films from all over the world, create bounds, and offer a pro Film Hub to learn and make film including Seminars, workshops, and masterclasses.
In a country with no film school and limited cultural proposals, CIFF offers seminars, and masterclasses with renowned international filmmakers or experts sharing their experience (Lord David Puttnam, Angelina Jolie, Rithy Panh, Pierre Jolivet, Thierry Michel, Apichatpong Weeraethakul, Roger Garcia, etc.).
Another goal is to build Europe-Asia bridge and beyond. Since its creation, CIFF has been a bridge between Europe and Asia. The Festival had special programs from Belgium,Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Nederland, UK, Czech Republic, Sweden, etc.
