AFIS PROJECT PITCHING

AFiS Project Pitching is an event where the fellows of the International Film business Academy at Busan Asian Film School (AFiS) located in Busan, Korea each present their fiction feature film projects. Since their matriculation in March, the fellows have taken part in series of workshops for project planning, development and pitching by AFiS faculty members and guest mentors. With their diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences, the fellows have interacted and inspired one another in developing feature film projects, which are presented at AFiS Project Pitching. And business meetings between the fellows and film industry people are followed. 

AFiS Project Pitching 2019 was held on October 5, 2019 at LINK OF CINE-ASIA Project Market hosted by Busan Film Commission with cooperation with the Asian Film Market of Busan International Film Festival. <Our Son>, an Indonesian project developed and pitched by Luhki Herwanayogi was selected as the best Southeast Asian Project by the expert panel from Purin Pictures, and the Purin Award, with a grant worth of 2,500 USD, supported by Purin Pictures was presented to him at the Graduation Ceremony held on October 18, 2019.
