Lights from the Other Grounds Experimental Film Program

Lights From the Other Grounds is an experimental film showcase program and an online workshop, presented by 3-ACT in collaboration with Image Forum (Japan). The program starts with film screenings, showcasing Japanese Experimental Short Films, in Myanmar. It will be followed by an online experimental film workshop featuring lectures, artist talks, and a mentorship program from practicing Japanese experimental filmmakers on 6 selected Burmese Filmmakers on their journey of completing their retrospective short films to be screened at international platforms in the following year.
